Dissolution of the old energies

As I promised earlier this year, I will share some of my experiences during the first months of 2011. I have been practicing intense breath work since July 2010 together with my breath therapist. During these sessions, a lot of traumatic energies that were held in my emotional body over lifetimes got dissolved one after another. A few weeks ago I was finally able to let go of the biggest traumatic energy of this lifetime and a big energy flow could come back to me. So for me, the most difficult dissolution ever since I have begun my spiritual path on 1.1.2002 is now coming to an end.

This dissolution from a few weeks ago provoked a high affluence of energy that had been bound in my emotional body and had not been available to me during all of this lifetime.

I was very stunned about it and was not quite aware of what was going on right away. I felt that I needed a lot of movement because I did not know how to let the energy out. I was constantly feeling very warm. So I danced and did a lot of sport, which ended up in an intense backache. Ever since the one particular moment when I got back a lot of energy, strange things have happened to my body. I feel warmth going up and down my spine. I have a big need for meditation. Whenever I do meditate, I feel my sexual life energy waking up at the bottom of my spine and winding its way up higher and higher. I can refill my kidneys with this energy. I can feel that it stays where it's needed and then moves on. In the beginning, the energy stopped at my kidneys and didn't go much farther. Then, it would go to the heart area. As soon as it gets to the neck area, spiritual energy begins to come in from above through the energetic opening above my head. That is when I have more and more clear visions and knowingness about things. I can "see". My body is still aking, but it is getting more used to the situation.

Usually the only time the the flow of energy through my body is yet provoking uneasiness is when it is encountering left over knots in my energy system. But these are now almost all gone from an energy point of view. There might still be some physical reminiscences, but I am not worried anymore, because they are just seeking their way out for complete dissolution.

Discussing with my dearest spiritual friends made me aware that this is a very sacred process on my way to ascension. I am now able to share much more insights. I am becoming more sharp in thinking and I guess my statements are going to be much more accentuated towards people at work or university as well as in my private life. I know that now is the time where I will share my insights with more personalities than before - people who are not necessarily coming from a spiritual point of view. As I am a very connected to myself, I can put less boundaries to myself concerning what I say or don't say. I know that the general energy state in the world and particularly in my area is now at a level that allows me to address more people in a group without hurting them.

Because it is my highest aspiration to only say what can be said without unnecessarily hurting the other person who is receiving the information. I am very aware of the necessity of being careful in this particular regard. For you, it is also necessary to be aware that not all that you can see on an energy level can be shared with the outside world at any time. You need to be in balance so that you can know when it is time to say something and when it is time to remain silent.

From a spiritual point of view, I am more balanced than ever before. I still do have emotional and physical difficulties, but this is part of the process. I am not worried anymore. I feel very free.
