mountains. I am channeling from a place with a lot of snow and a lot of
quietness. Today Shanandrah will talk to you again. I invite you to breathe
with me &#8230; to feel the energies coming in, to become quiet and still to

Sha
na&#8217;Andrah. I am here to help you with your healing today. I am also h=
ere
to breathe with you, because as you know breathing is very important. I am =
and
you are divine. Breathing helps you over time to become one again in a very=
 new
way. You are not going back to an original state you might have been in a l=
ong
time ago. You are becoming one in a very new way. I am assisting you in bec=
oming
one; I am assisting you in becoming your personal truth. It is already ther=
e,
you know, it has never gone away. You have gone away as an aspect of your S=
elf,
and so have many aspects of yours. That&#8217;s all it is. By breathing you=
 can
help to get back to your Self, and then from that point of stillness and
quietness you can welcome back all of your aspects sooner or later. And once
you decide to go with this project of becoming one, trust that everything w=
ill
happen at the right moment. You are incarnate, you have a body. And you are
doing this, if you choose so, while in your body. Don&#8217;t you think you
should give your Self and you a little time for that? Sure you do. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[breathing]</i><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=
</span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>What does healing=
 mean?
Healing is what I would like to assist you with. So let me explain what this
really means. Healing means accepting. It means to make a decision to become
your eternal flame that has never gone away. So when I talk to you about
healing, and when I do healing on you, and when you invite me to heal, that=
 is
what I mean.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=
</span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>Take a deep breath
please, fill your body with air up to your shoulders and down into your bel=
ly. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[breathing]</i> Another one. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[deep breath]</i>. Now if you have a s=
pecial
place in your body or in your emotions or if there is something that is com=
ing
to your mind right now where you need healing, just take this thing and loo=
k at
it. Feel it. What is it? Just feel. Maybe it is just something in your body
that you feel right now, or maybe it is just anger, or maybe it is just
sadness. It can be so many different things that have come to your mind, so
don&#8217;t try to change it; just stick with what came first, because
that&#8217;s what is ready to become one with you and your Self again. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[breath]</i> So now just feel into you.
Listen. Maybe you can also see something. Trust your Self. Now just breathe.
Don&#8217;t go away. Try to feel it, but at the same time, you&#8217;re not=
 in
it anymore. You are here right now with me, breathing, feeling your body at=
 the
same time as you feel this, whatever it is for you personally. Just be the =
observer
right now. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[breath]</i> Maybe what =
you
can see or hear is not nice. Then take a deep breath, feel your Self in the
chair, and then go back to the story that is told. It is not me who is tell=
ing
you that story. It is your Self telling you that story. <i style=3D'mso-bid=
i-font-style:
normal'>[deep breath]</i> Try to go through it until the end; don&#8217;t s=
top,
if you can. Just breathe and go back into it. You can also always interrupt
this channeling, if you feel like it is getting too much and then go into it
later. But try as much as you can to breathe, to stay still, watch and list=
en
to that story. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=
</span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>Now I invite you =
to go
until the end. And all of you who see part of you in this story of yours, v=
ery
stressed out, very shattered, very hurt at the end of the story, and I would
like you to go through the story until the end, and then observe this part =
of
you that is hurt. Don&#8217;t go away. It is not you. It is a part of you. =
And
all it wants is - it wants to be accepted, it wants to be held. So I invite=
 you
to take care of this part of you that is now shattered and hurt after what
happened in that story that you just heard or felt or saw. <i style=3D'mso-=
bidi-font-style:
normal'>[breath]</i> If your body is moving now or if you suddenly move your
head or your hands or something wants to move, just do it, let it happen, i=
t is
part of the whole process. Then take a deep breath again. <i style=3D'mso-b=
idi-font-style:
normal'>[deep breath]</i> The breathing helps you to not get stuck, but at =
the
same time you can feel everything. But just remember, you are here with me
right now, and you are safe, this is not you in the now, this is part of yo=
u.
So now in your very own way just try to hold this part of you, try to give =
it
relief. Maybe you want to put some water on its face, maybe you want to just
hold it, and accept it. Keep breathing. Feel your feet on the floor, and if
your body needs movement, just allow it again. Keep breathing. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[breathing in the microphone]</i> Now =
you
might ask your Self, well, what was this all about then? Why would this even
happen to me or to this part of me once in time? Maybe you are questioning =
the
whole process of being shattered, fractured, and then coming back to be
integrated. Maybe you question the whole process, but you know, you are not=
 the
same with the experience that you gave this part of you that now becomes you
again. This experience is not lost, it is there, it will serve you, and it
transforms you, it makes you grow. And once you really invite this aspect t=
hat
you have seen today, and felt, and held, once it is fully integrated &#8211;
maybe it is not right now, maybe it is going to take some time. You know, y=
ou
did. You did here and now, what you could do, face it, feel it, accept it, =
and
it is going to take some time - but once it is fully integrated, the fear t=
hat
was related to that part of you, or the stress that was felt from your body=
 or
your soul is going to be released. All these feelings are going to be relea=
sed
and will be in a neutral type of energy again at your use for your creation,
for whatever you want to create today. It is about you choosing to grow,
that&#8217;s why all these things happened. Because from this point of
stillness you are in, and - if you feel that you are drifting away just get
back with a deep breath again <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[brea=
thing
deeply]</i> &#8211; from this point of stillness there is really no good or
bad. There is just observation, acceptance, grace and love for everything y=
ou
ever did, for everything you ever were, because from this point of stillness
there is knowingness about growth, about you who are the creator. Just get =
back
to that point in stillness over and over again. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-s=
tyle:
normal'>[breath]</i> Breathe to get there. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:=
normal'>[another
deep breath]</i>. Even when you are in a bus you can do that, you know. But=
 it
is important to practice that. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[bre=
athing]</i>
Because so many of the parts you created over time &#8211; well I should not
say many, but some of them try to get you out of that stillness. They want =
your
attention. That is why they try to get you out of your stillness. They can =
be
tricky. And sometimes you will fall for them and just get out of the still
space. And that is alright. And sometimes you may want to remember to just =
get
back with a few deep breaths. You see, it is that simple, and you know, may=
be
for today, or for a week or maybe even for a month you are done with what y=
ou
heard right now. But let&#8217;s say you are going back to what you just he=
ard
in a while, well then something else will show up of course. Only the things
that happened to you or part of you I should say, or maybe even to you in t=
his
lifetime, to the human being you are in this lifetime, maybe as a child you
know, only these situations will show up when you get into this channeling
again. Only the situations will show up that are appropriate at that time. =
So
you choose the rhythm. And maybe it is not even necessary to go through it
again, because some of these parts of you will show up under some special
circumstances that are beginning to be created for you because you choose. =
Once
you choose to go and gather your parts, to be ready for them to be seen and
felt by you, you know that creates a lot of new situations today that may
remind you, that may just be a hint for you. So just watch what happens aro=
und
you. If you are still listening now, be sure that you made the choice alrea=
dy
to become one. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[breath]</i>. I can =

you might want to move, maybe it&#8217;s your head, maybe it&#8217;s your f=
eet,
and maybe it&#8217;s another part. It is energy that is moving you know, an=
d that
makes move your body, what a good thing! Something is changing in your body,
can you feel it? Don&#8217;t try to direct your moving, yeah, you might loo=
k a
little bit weird, but who cares.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </s=
pan>It
is just about you, you know, it is not about anybody else. Maybe even your =
arms
want to do some movement. Just so you know: Sonja, who is channeling this
material for you, who is an aspect of mine, who is <i style=3D'mso-bidi-fon=
t-style:
normal'>the</i> aspect of mine, she is moving right now, if you could see us
moving, you would really be laughing right now. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-s=
tyle:
normal'>[laughs]</i> Don&#8217;t forget to breathe <i style=3D'mso-bidi-fon=
t-style:
normal'>[breath]</i>, fill your lungs, go on, you can go on with your movem=
ent
and breathe, you know. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[breath]</i>=
 You
know because I am also helping my aspect Sonja to bring some parts back, so
don&#8217;t be surprised if you suddenly cannot hear anything any more beca=
use
she is throwing her microphone off the table, all things that could happen
right now, so we are just warning you. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:norm=
al'>[laughing]</i>
And maybe nothing is moving, and that is fine too, you know. Or maybe it is
only your toe, or maybe you can just feel something energy wise, with every
breath, without moving your body. It is just your way. There is no right or
wrong, but I am just inviting those of you who are integrating a lot of
energies back through your body to let it happen. Isn&#8217;t it graceful? =
Your
body is such a precious tool, if you knew that and if you were a little more
aware of that, oh, you could be so much lighter in your heart (deep breath).
And I am proud of all of you who are listening in today on the first of
December 2008, they say. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>[yawns]</i>
Yawning is fine too, and as I already said in another channeling before, if
some air is leaving your body that is fine too, it is really healthy. You k=
now
that is also what could happen, and it is a good thing. When you do this ty=
pe
of work with me you are activating your cells. This is a very deep work. So=
 I
invite you to take another deep breath (breath), to be gentle with yourself
afterwards, to not stress yourself out on anything after this, to just rest,
because you did a lot of work you know. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:nor=

wow, yeah you see: demonstration of what can happen. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-f=

on this stuff. So it is really important to take care of yourself. Maybe you
want to take a bath, maybe you just want to lay down. Eat well. Mmh, eat ma=

some chocolate, or something else that you really like. Sweeties. You know,
like these Indian sweets that are around that are really, really, hah &#823=
0;,
I would like to taste one right now. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal=

Another deep breath and get back to the point in stillness, become quiet,
