a later day, it's all the same. You are taking part in this; you are a part=

what you&#8217;re letting yourself hear now, even perhaps of what you are l=
etting

Today you will hear something about illness. Illness is always a reflection=
 of something
that you do not let flow. Whenever illness manifests, something is not flow=
ing.
You do not want to let it flow. A part of you does not let it flow out of f=
ear.
<i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</i> The blocked energy tri=
es to
look for an exit, a channel, and often this happens through an illness. Tha=
t is
one level of the illness. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

color:black'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p>

color:black'>It is also important to know that if you are in a time of prof=
ound
transformation where there is a lot of change on a spiritual level, on an
energetic level, that is also going to manifest in the physical area of your
body. Now you do not understand what is going on in your body. Your system =
is
overwhelmed while trying to read these events. It starts out with a well-kn=
own
list of what could be going on in the body, and one possibility is to think=
 of
a disease. Your system does not recognize that there is a lot of change on =
your
cell level, and many of you - or perhaps I should say all of you who are ta=
king
part in such evenings, mornings of information exchange - all of you
repetitively change on the level of your cells structure, which is provoked=
 by
your spiritual work. And now your system is not capable of recognizing that
change as what it is, namely an adaptation to the new kind of consciousness
which you embody. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</i> </sp=
an><span
style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>Now what happens is that by thinking of the
illness and trying to find an explanation for yourself, for example illness,
you begin to really develop certain symptoms. So you can say that illness
always comes from an energetic change.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=
</span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>So these are two =
levels
of illness and they do not have so much in common. So for many of you
especially the second level is relevant, so that you are sometimes indeed
panicking as your system does not yet understand what is happening on an
energetic level. Then again there are those cases where the flow is simply
interrupted and so a jam occurs that seeks a physical correlation in
physicality. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</i> In the la=
tter
case that I just described the disease will really manifest with all its
facets, unless the person already begins to realize that it is about the fl=
ow
in the body that needs to be reinstalled. Maybe this person goes to a thera=
pist
who is giving this type of treatment and by doing so this person is already
making a step towards this direction so that the illness does not need to n=
est
in the body to be the physical manifestation of the blockage, for work is d=
one
on the blockage itself.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=
</span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>Though if you rea=
lly are
fighting against developing a panic concerning your body and if fears are
attacking you and you think the worst but nothing can be ascertained &#8211;
because maybe you already went to different doctors and nothing could be
ascertained, then it will be as I described it, as you are going through so=
me
change that is new for your body, for your system. </span><i style=3D'mso-b=
idi-font-style:
normal'><span lang=3DDE style=3D'font-family:Garamond;mso-ansi-language:DE'=

<o:p></o:p></span></i></p>

DE'>You are developing into a new being. </span><span style=3D'font-family:=

at that moment you are doing this. So do not wonder if your mind or even yo=
ur
emotions cannot interpret this the right way. But you can simply inhale dee=
ply
&#8211; <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(deep breath)</i> and allow=
 your
body to go through this change, allow that you do not need to fear, that you
reached a consciousness where it is not so much about not looking at things
anymore, or interrupting a certain flow in your life, but about not being a=
ble
to interpret the right way what is going on at a cell level, whenever you a=
dapt
to the actual state of consciousness that you just reached. And this is
happening over and over again, for you would like to make your steps in an
elegant and graceful way, therefore it cannot happen in one big step. It wo=
uld
also not to be recommended because it would only be very stressful on all of
your bodies. And it is not making sense to overwhelm your Self. With the ti=
me going
by, you will have a better understanding that it is again only about a chan=
ge
on your cell level that is happening and that you can let it happen, which =
can
provoke some discomfort in your body; some unusual and weird feeling can co=
me
up. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=

about to you today is: You do feel hope because you can see certain changes=
 in
the world that would not have been possible in such a way a few years ago, =
and

DE'>This reflects the altered consciousness of the whole humankind. </span>=
<span
style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>The expectations grow bigger on that very qu=
ickly,
so I ask you to look at all this from very far away, as all things won&#821=
7;t
exactly develop the way you hope them to, all things won&#8217;t evolve the=
 way
we are used to from ourselves by now. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:norma=
l'>(Breath)</i>
And so I ask you to not be startled when the house of cards collapses. It h=
as
been standing on very shaky legs, and the best manager, the best savior can=
not
prevent that from happening, because maybe it just has to collapse, maybe t=
hat
is the plan. And so I ask you not to be startled. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font=
-style:
normal'>(Breath)</i> Just take a deep breath and know <i style=3D'mso-bidi-=
font-style:
normal'>(deep breath)</i> that this reflects the human consciousness as a
whole. And that you can let go to get fully back to yourself, to the quiet
stillness of your Self that cannot be moved unless you choose so. It is
sometimes also very interesting to be moved from outer circumstances, from
outer events, to get into the drama, it is fun, isn&#8217;t it? But maybe y=
ou
are at a point where you are a little tired of this game, so you can simply
leave it. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Deep breath)</i> The hou=
se of
cards is collapsing. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</i> T=
he
cards are so light, nothing really bad is happening. But it hurts to watch =
it
happen. It is an artwork of sophisticated construction that has been your p=
astime
for a long time. And now it is simply collapsing. Not a nice picture, I agr=
ee. But
you can feel that at the same time relief is making its way through. And who
would like to build upon a house of cards? Would you want to build upon it,
seeing the weakness of the fundamentals? No.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=
</span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>And so a part of =
you is
awaiting this crash, the part that can see all the potential of growth in i=
t. And
then there is this other part that fears this crash and identifies with it.=

style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'><span lang=3DDE style=3D'font-family:G=
aramond;
mso-ansi-language:DE'>(Breath)</span></i><span lang=3DDE style=3D'font-fami=
ly:Garamond;
mso-ansi-language:DE'> You don&#8217;t have to. </span><span style=3D'font-=

Garamond'>This is not you. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)=
</i>
It is not you. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</i> You can=
 just
keep breathing deeply and sit, lie, breathe and be. Nothing can happen to y=
ou. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Deep breath) </i>And if you do feel a=
 part
of it personally, ask yourself what part of your Self this part of your life
that is tumbling down now was connected to. Maybe it was an old part of your
Self that you would like to bring back and transform, whose energy you would
regain including its experience as we heard in the last channeling
&#8220;healing aspects&#8221;. And so for some of you it is possible that a
part of your life is collapsing in a healthy way, as it is connected to the
part of you that does not want to go on like that, but would rather come ba=
ck
to be whole and complete. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(breath)<=
/i><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>=
</span></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-family:Garamond'>But do know: you
yourself, you are, nothing can happen to you. I am &#8211; you are &#8211; =
and
breathe, don&#8217;t push, let the air flow in and out naturally. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</i> Your body can move a litt=
le,
adjust to the new air that is flowing in right now, a new piece of
consciousness that you experience right now. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-styl=
e:
normal'>(Breath)</i> And in this stream of air that you let flow in and out=
, in
and out, fears dissolve, some of your fears are dissolving right now in this
moment, in your stream of air, flowing <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:norm=
al'>(a
lot of breathing)</i>, in your &#8220;I am&#8221;. The void that is created=
 now
as you are not stepping outside, as you are no longer plunging into the dra=
ma,
and become more and more still, that is when this wonderful emptiness appea=
rs,
feeling uncomfortable first, so that you would like to look to the right an=
d to
the left. Where do I have to go now, what do I have to do, how does it go on
now? Maybe nothing goes; maybe you just ARE for once. Can you embrace that,
handle that and breathe? <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</=
i> And
come back to your inner balance, and breathe? <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-sty=
le:
normal'>(Breath)</i> It is difficult, you would like to flee as if a
centrifugal force is spinning around you and pulling you outside. That is t=
he
merry go round. You can simply sit or stand in the middle of it and watch i=
t go
round, without going around too, without spinning. Just stand sill and watc=
h. </span><span
lang=3DDE style=3D'font-family:Garamond;mso-ansi-language:DE'>Watch your li=
fe as it
goes and circles. <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(breath)</i> Go o=
n with

this a second time, I ask you to add your own voice in your personal stilln=

as it wants to happen. Do not try to plan anything in your mind; do not try=
 to
think of harmony; do not try to avoid disharmony. This becomes your persona=

style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(breath)</i> tone in variation. None o=
f these
sound creations will be the same. All of them will be different. If you are
listening to this together, then the creation will become bigger and wider,
then also try to stay in your personal creation, in your personal tone that
wants to appear. Maybe your pauses are not appearing at the same time as mi=
ne,
because your breath flows in your particular way. And so more tones, more c=
reations
are emerging. It is indeed important <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal=
'>(breath)</i>
to stay with your Self and to let happen what is coming out. It is&#8230; i=
t is
that it is. Your original creativity flows out of you, and I ask you to take
this as an example of how it feels when you do not think, not plan, only le=
t it
happen. You do not need anything for that. You can take your voice, even if=
 it
is really thin, and even if it is all loud and powerful, it is your voice t=
hat
you are letting intone. So take it as an example <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-=
style:
normal'>(breath)</i> of how it can feel when nothing planned is being creat=
ed.
That is how you can create the future, whatever fits to you. It does not ha=
ve
to be a tone, it can be clay (in German &#8220;tone&#8221; and
&#8220;clay&#8221; are both &#8220;Ton&#8221;) that you give shape to with =
your
hands. It can be color, but still take off your screen and ideas. <i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(Breath)</i> Find your inner piece, su=
ch as
you are doing it, when you are sitting and listening as I invite you to
breathe. All you are doing is coming back to your Self right in that moment.
And you do not need anything more than a few breaths to get to this point a=
nd
let appear from there: color, tone, metal, wood, movement, dance &#8211; or
maybe a house of cards <i style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>(laughing,
breathing)</i>. I am not against a house of cards. Only I do not want to bu=
ild
on it. And I ask you to think about what I said about the house of cards,
especially in the upcoming week.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
